Victor Griffioen is a Dutch director and visual artist based in Amsterdam. Fascinated with moving images and storytelling, he focuses on visualizing concepts into stories that are innovative and imaginative. He graduated from Artemis, University of Art and Applied Sciences in Amsterdam, during which he also worked at CR Fashion Book in New York to further explore the nexus between fashion and film. His style can be characterized by synesthetic color use, playful elements and is stylized with a fashion tone. His work has been featured in various magazines and publications such as Vogue, the New York Times, Numéro and Glamcult. His film, Stieglitz Colorado, was selected for Fashion Film Festivals in Amsterdam, Athens, Bucharest, Berlin, Melbourne and won Best Campaign at the Los Angeles Fashion Film Festival.
