AJ Smith Paper Animation

AJ Smith is both a director and paper artist. She's a surface-twister who shows how personal perceptions interplay with social space. A tool that is central in all of her work is paper, her discipline for production technique is fused with an artist’s eye for the transformative detail. Her work in film, virtual reality and installation allows us to re-appraise the surfaces we live within – and shows their possibility for change.
